I’ve been working consistently for the past few weeks, getting ready to launch my new free video course (it shows you how to start a successful blog).
I’ve been staying up late into the night and getting to work first thing in the morning.
I haven’t slowed down or taken very many breaks.

My body is very sensitive right now, and I can definitely feel it affecting my health.
As much as I love my work, and as much as I want to launch this free course hard and fast, I don’t want to run myself into the ground.
That’s why today I took it a little slower than usual (also because I had a pounding headache).
It feels nice to rest up.
